We will get the energy and creative juices flowing by actively mobilizing the body with asana (physical movement) and/or stay in seated positions with pranayama (breath-work) and/or meditation.
We can focus on an energizing & uplifting practice, especially good for the start of the day or during lunch-break, or we can create an unwinding & de-stressing effect, to let go of your to-do list so that when you return to your tasks, it will be with more clarity and ease.
We discuss the time & duration (25-60 minutes at the start of the day, during your break, or at the end of the day), place (at your office, a yoga studio, or the comfort of your own home), and frequency (amount of sessions, amount of times per week).
